How to make a return?
Contact us by e-mail (marketing@aceitesmalaga.com) or phone (952 34 17 80 - Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 16:00pm). Please have your details and order number ready. In case you want to return a defective product, tell us what it is, you have to attach a short explanation of the problem and a photo without this information we will not be able to help you. If you check upon receipt of the product that is not in poor condition or you see any manipulation of the product that does not correspond to its normal use, the customer may be asked to pay the cost of transporting the product both sent to us and the reshipment of the product to the customer.
